Ok, so I just spoke with Joe with Investor Relations for EFIR.
I can confirm that news will be out soon. Now guys/gals, I know we've heard that many many times, but I know for a fact (mostly because of my dealings with jdwintx outside of IHub), that Dennis is working hard to get all his companies in working order and EFIR is on that list.
We should expect to see something this week and then continue for the weeks to come. We should also expect to see an 8-K filing again.
I can say one thing - Timing Is Everything.
