The appeal will do nothing for the share price, imo. There probably will be a spike in volume but rest assured it will be met with more selling since that's the only way GERS can survive unless things change for the better, which means getting rid of YAGI by restructuring their debt with another willing investor/financier. Anything can happen but the future looks grim and all common shareholders have always gotten screwed. Will that ever change? I'll continue watching but I certainly wouldn't bet on it right now...
