And we look forward to updating you as partnerships are brought to fruition over the coming year.

Extending the statement into a fiscal year that doesn't even begin for another two months is a bit disingenuous. Hopefully it was just sloppy wording and there really will be a partnership announced this month.

Nope. The term "upcoming year" was used during last year's 4th fiacal quarter conference call. The current fiscal year ends on April 30th. We have 29 days.
