Good find by Mart. If you go to otb bb and hit the April 2, 2015 filing, Senor Petty has apparently put in the proper paperwork to have DTC eligibilty. My understanding is that basically it again permits market makers from Brokerage houses to make a market in the stock. I think that accounts for the big bid/ask spread since at this time only a few, if any market makers are around. If there is going to be any real activity in volume here, look for a bid in the penny area and an offer with some decent size in the .02-.05 range. There must be a lot of sellers around who got micro penny stock such as vendors, who would be willing to get back there investment at that modest level. An announcement of some mining results may be the catalyst. If you want to test the market see if you get a nibble if you offer some stock at .01. good luck
