Titan, with all due respect I have to disagree with you. I don't believe that has anything to do with the stock price. The PPS will rise when a new financial agreement is reached which will lead to improved fundamentals. Don't think for one second the company isn't getting their ducks in a row. Things are happening and the PPS will reflect so in the future. Nothing else makes sense! All IMO.
