We have to wait and see what happens. It is certain that CDEX has nothing to sell. The DOC and his family have the MED LABS and millions of shares. PEMCO LLC has millions of shares and the loan. There is an older claim with a CAYMAN island outfit. Robert Stewart also has millions of shares. Malcolm Phillips also.

It will shakeout some way. Just have to wait awhile and see.
