The link below are the resolutions filed with NV SOS.
There is no A/S raise included in facts.
Why would they pay additional fees to raise the A/S by their lawyer later if they knew they were going to increase the A/S?

When they file it takes twenty days for it to be amended and then it has to be sent to FINRA for approval.
That will not start until you see it posted on NV SOS.
