SCRC HAS AN OUTSTANDING TEAM. I AM WAITING FOR FCA TO START STEPPING UP ITS GAME SOON AS I CONTROL 7.5m shares.

A fellow shareholder asked me for my thoughts on the above statement, opining that he believed the statement had zero merit to it.

I concur with his opinion but actually for a much different reason than what he had put forth to me. Here are my thoughts:

SCRC's most recent publicized O/S count was somewhere between 136M-138M or thereabouts. Anyone owning/controlling 7.5M shares would own/control in excess of 5% of SCRC stock. Owning/controlling 5% or more of any public entity's stock triggers a SEC Form 13D (or, if the shareholder qualifies, a more common SEC Form 13G) to be filed.

The only such filings to have EVER been made re: SCRC have been for Ironridge back in 2013, BS Schneiderman in 2012, and the members of the BOD in 2012 and 2011.

As such, it is pretty evident that anyone purporting to own/control 7.5M shares is either one of the public figures listed above (highly unlikely) or is making a patently false statement (much more likely)...
