The crux of the problem is Dror's incompetency. His financing deal in 2014 was a disaster, and he lied through omission to shareholders (did not include the default provision in a past 8K). Long story short, I don't think the company will survive the debt which is suffocating the company without serious dilution (already underway). Then, reverse merger. Shareholder's, including me, got hosed. I don't think he is fit to run companies. Surely there were better financing options that he could have pursued. The last two companies he was involved with, one is grey, and the other is sub-penny. As AB said, it is unlikely that shareholders will trust him again. He needs to be shown the door. If not, I hope he starts making some good business decisions in the future or he going to be responsible for driving three companies into the ground.
