In my opinion an immediate heat up is a 'perhaps.' Forcing a mediation, then asking for a Round 2, and then leaving without the prize was embarrassing for J&J. I am thinking that the next encounter will be at the end of the month and certainly before April 15. J&J lawyers have to get past their arrogance and false pride. Soon enough for some? Probably not. The 10K should be filed by 4/15, and, according to the last nt-10K, since the "asset acquisitions" should be completed by 4/14, it is then that we should get a clearer picture of whether or not those acquisitions were the private patents. This would jive with what Mr S posted.
