never say never... It could go lower... I wouldn't buy here unless you don't own any IPRE stock....
because if it goes lower, then you lose, but if it goes higher, then you're safe with the stock you have.
Yes, true, IPRE will eventually go up, but don't satisfy the MM and flippers... it only encourages them.
