Nice, was there a link or source to that?

$2.5 million loan convertible to shares at $1.5 per share in 5 years
5% + prime for 3 years
6% + prime for next 2 years

Proceeds available to Co., $1.625 million

So far Chris, the CEO has done an awesome job of reinventing the company and keeping a stable price, no volume (no sellers) stock.
