IENG could still do good things. It might not have played out as fashioned ; however , with some heathy restructuring , there could be nice movement. Let's face it most pink sheet CEOs are a little crooked. If the fundamentals are stronger than the CEOs incompetence then positive outcomes are still inevitable.
