Thanks IBroke for the DD - as it stands out this Company ROCP owned Lexi Luu before all these changes. Lexi Luu was the only company generating revenue for ROCP back then. When ROCP acquired Spiral, ROCP changed their business model from clothing line to App development. Per the agreement, There was a clause which gave Hub the right to buy back Lexi Luu from ROCP as they are no longer in fashion industry.
Now the question is - how is Gotdon McDougall, the former CEO of BTZO conncected? The answer is - he was also the co-founder of Lexi Luu. So during this transition, Hub took over the Clothing line, BTZO, and Gordon took over the App development line, ROCP, and then changed the name to Spiral toys. IMHO there is no connection between BTZO and ROCP or Spiral toys STOY at present.
