Sorry to rain on the parade but....

Does anyone know why Gramercy is selling hand over fist? They sold again on April 1st. This doesn't make sense.

Why would a company which intends to finance Banro sell all it's shares before a supposed announcement which would rocket the shares?

Either they hate making money or something is not right....
