Your hypothetical is ridiculous. If you offer to sell product X to a person of a certain class for twice what you offer to sell to someone else not of that class, you think that it would be difficult for a successful prosecution for discrimination? You think you are so clever, but in reality you are an insult to boxes of rocks everywhere.

I realize harassing people with poor service is probably your normal business model anyway, but with even a lick of sense would not an astute businessperson wish to expand their sales instead of making less money because of fewer customers? Would you allow your business to fold and you go bankrupt because you hate gays so much?
