It looks like we are starting to come to agreeance on a few points. I am suggesting that evidence is pointing towards them being the Jan/Feb Senior Noteholders, as well as the possibly the newest note (as you now agree as a possibility).

Actually I disagree with most everything you said except as follows:

I have never disagreed or even objected to the theory that Pinnacle was an existing note holder and may even be the newest note holder. In fact, I subscribe to the theory that they are an existing note holder. I simply can't agree with the illogical assumption (reasons given in my previous post) that the stock now held by Pinnacle is the result of conversions from either the existing note or the newest note. And it would be equally illogical for them to be buying shares on the open market.

I do agree that management's goal is a high pps, nothing startling there, but goals are not reality. I also doubt that Pinnacle wants control of ECIG and will acquire more shares. And finally, while Pinnacle's and ECIG's goals may sometimes be similar, Pinnacle's goal is to make money even if ECIG is hurt.

A key catalyst to do this would be paying off the last note early and extinguishing 50% of the warrants. I can see no other reason why this line was included in the filing for the last note, unless if it was indeed a possibility. Further, I can find no evidence of new management blowing smoke thus far.

Why did that say that the R/S could take place as late as December, leave items out of 8ks, gag the TA, etc? Think about it, with no good news lately, do you really think that they'd keep quite if they had paid off the latest note? Not likely.

Since you didn't offer any counter argument to the reasons that I previously offered on why Pinnacle's new ECIG holdings were neither conversions nor buys, am I right in assuming that you maintain your premise simply because you cannot come up with another explanation?

Now I need to run some errands, and I don't have time to provide detailed and documented explanation why Pinnacle own shares, which I will do when I come back.

I will end this post now, giving you time to take exception to anything I might have said or developed your own alternative explanation.
