Very good suggestion Rags. RS and getting wiped out is a major concern. Preferred shares would be great if a RS has to happen or maybe even a spin off with new shares when new acquisitions occur.

I would like to know if they plan on buying back any shares? If Danos would PR no RS and the company plans on doing a buyback this would fly very quickly.
