Legit businesses go out of business every day especially while being led by bad management. VPOR has bad management and are vey shady to say the least. And I may add do not care about the shareholders. Obvious by the toxic debt and lack of shareholder communication. They will be gone soon imo.

Too many vapor businesses because all this business does is sell commodities and that is a business that cannot survive with bad management. The margins are very thin.

They are selling shares through Magna and others Wake up McFly.
