Jacapo, the problem is that their margins are really tight so even though they sold a lot of gas they probably paid nearly as much for it and once you subtract Admin expenses all of the money is gone and then some. UBRG has yet to post a profit. Some say they never will unless something extreme happens.

My guess is they still don't have any money to file their reports and why do it? The investors trash them every day for good reason IMO but according to Ali we should be grateful to be invested here. I am glad he doesn't have any money. Now he knows how the rest of us feel who lost thousands betting on his bs PRs for the last 5 years. Profits next year don't cha know. Yeah yeah...heard it every year now for 5 years.
