Main things to me related to previous S1/A:
- Agreement with Notre Dame which was still in progress before
- 2014 Financials included
- A number of items further detailed (agreements, expectations...)
- Updated numbers (cash, shares outstanding....) as we're again 1 month later


My impression:
- Since agreement with UND is now done and financials included, the may
finally be our last update!!!
- SEC and company really made work of many details being clarified...
Why wasn't this done in previous years, as a lot of updated date even
before previous S1 of 2014, even 2013?
