The majority of the selling the past two weeks was due to an orchestrated effort by 4-5 disgruntled investors who got tired of waiting and sold out when there were conflicting reports of dilution and share structure errors reported, then retail investors got spooked and started selling their shares, then stop limit sell orders were taken out ... providing the perfect storm to sandbag the PPS, IMHO.
