Remember this...EDDIE VAKSER --DESPITE KNOWING THE HISTORY OF LUTHER JEFFRIES-- HIRED HIM TO RUN PRPM IN MID DECEMBER 2013. THE TWO FINANCIALLY RAPED INVESTORS AND GOT IT SLAPPED WITH A A GLOBAL LOCK. THEN VAKSER SECURED SUTI, INSTALLED LUTHER AS CEO THERE AND TRIED TO COMBINE BOTH SCAMS THERE.

CONTACT THE SEC, IRS AND FBI. MAKE SURE BOTH SERVE AS MUCH TIME IN JAIL AS POSSIBLE.
