Latest reply from my broker regarding the divy :

This is notification from the agent:
"We have received a few sources noting this event on the street and have spoken with the transfer and issuer's counsel to determine the best action steps to accommodate all participants. On Monday, we have another call scheduled will have more information to share at that time, but anticipate announcing this event shortly."

As such, we anticipate to hear back from them sometime in the next week or two.
