I know sugar is very common, so is screw drivers, and I remember when haliberton was selling during Iraq war for $ 150 a piece to federal contracts, I'm not saying their mark up is going to be that high but I'm sure the sugar contract or for that matter any fed contract is highly profitable and also if the delivery is placed for hostile places, it becomes even more profitable. IMO
