Appears the comparison is "quarterly-revenues" to "annual-expenses". Avanzar alone is projected to do $5.4 million in top-line revenues for 2015.

The Avanzar acquisition will add an estimated $450,000 per month to Minerco’s FY 2015 top line revenue based on the deal structure.
