Eps is based on profit. No profit here yet. Price should be negative by your analysis. Best to project all future cash flows in this case to get a proper valuation of the company as a whole. How much would an investor pay to buy them out? That's what the market cap should be. I'd never sell you my company that brings in 4m in one year for only 4m.
