Correct. The outstanding is never for sure. However..that being said, FLOAT..7,000,000. (very low), Authorized 100,000,000. (low again) Way beter than companies that have 5,000,000,000 out. Yes that is Five BILLION shares available. Yet us hope for this company to move in the right direction. GLTA
