Ku...as always great informative post. I wasn't able to dive into every bit of it, but when referencing you asking me about dilution I speak of, I am meaning the 1billion they increased the a/s. More specifically because I know they had to do this to execute part of the plan and be compliant, let's look at the other 1/2 billion they dumped on us. Now many will say it was ok because they bought avanzar. I would tend to agree, but...when does it come to a point shareholders quit carrying the company and the company carries itself? It's a startup you say...I agree. So are we ok if they increase a/s again and us longs just take it cause it is good for the company even though horrible for you and I? Let's move past this...share price was moving solidly north and hit a high around $.012. All good right? Nope...since then another 82 million dumped on us! What was this for? Has there been a pr released I didn't see? Maybe they used this to purchase Avanzar? I don't know...what I do know is this company can not operate on its own still after 2 billion shares dumped on the market over what...2-3 years? Can you now see why I am concerned another is coming and Vanis just keep justifying it to us longs?
Look, there are a ton of positive developments in the pipeline and things that have already come to fruition. However, there too are possibly very bad things that can wreck us longs and they could very well be at our doorstep. Again, we can 100% trust Vanis and many will or even should. Me? I don't know him other then his history and I am not as impressed as most. Trust is earned. I will continue to bring up my concerns and point out positives I see.
