Click on the tab that says "Stan Lee" on their website. It states there that all Marvel content on the site is owned and licensed by Marvel. I am assuming this includes the likeness of Stan. Perhaps I was incorrect about Marvel owning the company but they do own the IP and are licensing all of the content. I think the bigger issue from the contract you posted is in the last clause:

"Stan Lee agrees that during his employment for POW!, he will not be employed by, or provide consulting or other services, directly or indirectly, for any entity which creates, develops or markets like Property, except for fulfilling Stan Lee’s current agreement with Marvel Comics."

What is his agreement with Marvel? If Marvel can license Stan's likeness, what does this mean for POW? In my opinion it would make POW! significantly worth less or at this point worthless.
