It sounds like he spent some time on this one company and then had to walk away from them, the issue of the starters/owners not wanting to stay. However Nelson did say that he saw no reason for the owners not to make some money, but some of the deal would also be in stock incentives. As in with Sunworks and MD, as it keeps the new staff motivated for the good of the company. Works for me.
