A telephonic prehearing conference was held today, and was attended by the Division of Enforcement (Division) and the acting CEO of Information Architects Corporation (Information Architects). Calypte Biomedical Corporation and EC Development, Inc., did not attend. Information Architects’ Answer is due by April 10, 2015.
