I would like to know whether Elite would be able to develop an IR Oxycodone/Naltrexone pill that thwarts crushing, grinding, injecting and snorting?

Couch, our current two-bead technology does exactly this, and I have argued that ELI-200 will be the closest thing to ADT-IR Opioid that is currently available.

The problem is that immediate-release opioids can be abused by taking multiple tabs at the same time. As long as the tabs are not crushed, naltrexone will pass through. Hardshells and gummy shells also do not prevent abuse of IR opioids by over-use.

I have some ideas for how one could make a SmartTab (TM), which would release naltrexone if more than one tab is taken at a time, and this would prevent intentional over-use as well as intentional overdose. I don't wish to elucidate any further at this time (Hello? Nasrat? PM me), but there are some firms working on this kind of thing.
