You are right on how it will work. As non-resident we can not grow so Mike found a way around it. We will still make really good money off it as tho we were the grower. It's just the way it has to be set up to make it legal. Mike will lease a building set it all up with lights and what ever else is needed. He will then sub lease it to the growers but will not collect rent or electric till the crop is sold. (this leaves no expenses to the grower) By him leasing it then sub leasing it to the grower it allows him keep some of the control of the operation. Mike will be in charge of over seeing everything and handling all paper work and bills. GRLF will take a cut of the money made from the harvest. (Consulting fee) He has a few investors lined up and will be showing them the building this coming week. From talking to Mike in the past and knowing what he is looking to accomplish I can bet he has this one set up just like the way I described it.

Investors + Growers = profit with no risk for us!
