I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

As per my tradition, I always disclose my financial position. I hold no position in MSLP any longer. As I stated several months ago I covered ~25% of short established at ~$14.xx at ~$9 after Q3 conference call and more recently covered the remainder ~$3.xx subsequent to the Q4 release.

The purpose of my post is not to reiterate the past or participate in any unproductive rhetoric.

I wonder if anyone has any further information regarding Capstone Nutrition? I see CN is a merger of two companies Integrity Nutraceuticals in Spring Hill, TN and Cornerstone Research & Development in Ogden, UT.both with equity and financing positions held by H.I.G. Growth Partners out of Miami. Miami huh?

The investment banker social network websites that review the firm by prospective job seekers and partners seem to show H.I.G. as a legit firm but a sweatshop firm with employee compensation about 50% of street value and mandatory death hours and the employees must provide their own business computers/devices and smart phones with only a percentage expense reimbursement.

Integrity in TN just consolidated 3 spaces into a single new leased building (the old Penske Logistics) a few months ago.

I can't find any financials on either company though each is only capable of manufacturing powders and capsules. Integrity deals almost exclusively with Chinese suppliers for its ingredients according to several published articles.

I have no evidence of the value of the newly formed Capstone Nutrition entity but $160m-$200m feels pretty far stretched to me.

H.I.G. is not located in a Frost Gamma owned building as I already checked. They are in the new 1450 Brickell building located very near a condo I own at 950 Brickell Bay Dr.

Any useful information is appreciated.
