If he so "plainly states" uplisting is a long process, which I totally agree then he is on record and very capable of talking in absolutes correct?
I mentioned that because why wouldn't he (Vanis) after putting out such an atrocious shareholder letter reply to shareholders with an official letter that is documented or simply have a shareholder conference call to educate the investors...to inform them of his intentions. See...he will come right out and shoot down whatever it is that doesn't fit his plans that shareholders/bashers/whoever bring up, but why not the talk of increasing A/S or R/S? Where is the "plainly stated" address to this? Actually...I couldn't care less about those issues right now, I want to hear the plan on the financing. None of it should be a secret...not to "Loyal Shareholders." All we here is fluff about moving to more traditional means of financing, yet nothing else. Nothing to substantiate the claims. Oh, since he has said that...you know moving to more traditional means of financing, does anyone know how many more shares have been diluted?
I am sorry if my posts offend, but I don't care about the fluff...I want answers and always have to the meat and potatoes. What drives the pps ultimately is financials and we rarely get any substance on financials. Where are we looking to get financing to continue operations. Why have we not heard of more production runs that will tell us shareholders if the product is actually moving which in turn will lead to more sells which in turn leads to revenue which leads to product which leads to increasing pps. I could go on and on about what Vanis needs to be transparent about, but I will patiently wait till we hear how we are moving into another market without a clue how we are paying for it.
