8K just filed: "... there will be no value for common stockholders of the Company following the Sale and completion of the bankruptcy liquidation process. Equity holders of a company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy generally receive value only if all claims of the company's secured and unsecured creditors are fully satisfied. The Company believes that the claims of its secured and unsecured creditors will not be fully satisfied following completion of the Sale, the other transactions discussed herein and the liquidation of the Company's remaining assets."
