I do believe though those certs will be honor, call it a "hunch" ...

The PVEC Series C "gift distribution" promised that the preferred shares are redeemable for $.20/each in cash. The total amount to redeem all of the Series C shares that were to have been issued is approximately $4 million.

Given that the company had no cash when it announced this cash value "gift" and apparently continues to have little to no cash as it has an increasing number of judgment and debt liens for not paying its bills, how is it going redeem these shares for their value in cash?

How were the two announcements of the Series C "gift distribution" with two different dates of record for qualification anything other than one of PVEI's blatantly fraudulent schemes to induce demand for its common stock?

Remember that no one ever received the spin-off dividend from the IMAG Group (fka Red Tide)? Multiple record dates were announced for that bogus dividend as well:
