CEHD struggles, delays similar to Alibaba??

After doing a little research I didn't fully realize the struggles and delays Alibaba went through :(


So I guess today the news CEHD seems very interesting going forward.


So just because the extension is until June 30th 2015 doesn't mean the deal cannot be closed well in advance IMO.

IMO the June 30th 2015 extension is a better safe than sorry cushion needed to cross the T's and dot the I's ....IMO
