Dan - do you know for sure that a R/S is going to happen? Do you have emails from Jay that talk about a RS? If not, can you please refrain from talking about RS?

All this RS talk is scaring away any new investors, and doesn't do any good to the existing shareholders.

Till now, the company hasn't mentioned about any RS. RS may or may not happen. I would like to leave it at that. When a pro-AVEW person like you, keeps on talking about RS, it doesn't help AVEW & the stock price.

PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TALK ABOUT RS, UNLESS YOU HEARD DIRECTLY FROM THE COMPANY.
