Blackrock owns most of Banro without voting rights.

Gramercy and a couple others contains the controlling shares of the remaining float.

Why would Blackrock go so heavy in the common shares, when they really didn't have to?

I always say, stocks don't go up unless the house is making money.

Blackrock = house.

All just my opinion of course.
