If he really wanted in he'd take the offers.. and if he really wanted in he wouldnt show his hand with a sizable bid

Makes more sense that bid is to lure in other buyers to sell to or maybe the guy just doesnt know what hes doing.

In any case, makes no difference to the mess PXYN is in
