Yes, and that is VERY good for Business! But the news wire PR is about the failure to get the right financing to acquire the other company and combine the two. So the deadline for closure has been extended until 30 June 2015! Not hard to see that it will happen as Mr. Liu is the main share holder in both companies as I have state before! It will happen.
