Now consider this possibility as a logical extension:
In order to get the $3 MILLION together you go to a CROWDFUNDING website and announce a holding company that intends to attempt to negotiate the deal to place $3 MILLION into NBRI for 50% of RUBY GOLD mined over next 20 years plus 10% of FRASER GOLD mined over next 20 years... you build an attractive site and include the plan to start distributing dividends from the income within 6 months of receipt of first income.

There may be some more legal issues in this, but a good law firm could be engaged for a few additional shares of the new holding company.

Just trying to show the possible benefits of: NEVER saying NEVER So, to be clear, I'm NOT recommending this approach and there would be far more details to evaluate before anybody should ever consider attempting it!!
