Simply, yes, it fails to meet that threshold. Name one thing GE has PURCHASED from Sigma...then and only then, is that validation in some manner...especially as it relates to business matters, not opinion.

NO, all of this is talk and COLLABORATION....not validation or more accurately sales/revenue, etc.

and NO...NIST/America makes is R&D and as such they are trying SIGMA out...that is it. I used to manage R&D lines in programs of records...we tried out many capabilities....and never purchased the vast majority. They have received a contract that essentially is a ROM and allows others to see their technology...not a bad thing, but certainty not all that it is cracked up to be on this board.

Simply answer to all your questions. NO...When companies PURCHASE the product/services, then and only then is Sigma validated...all the rest of this is collaboration and awareness...
