Why wouldn't they? The company admitted via going dark that they failed on all targets set out last year. Are the magically going to show all that oil money we were excited about? No, they might show a few $ for selling a few seeds, but they are going to have to sell investors on a dream again...the same dream as last year...the dream they failed, ignored, and pretend never happened, and gave no explanation of how or why they failed... So yes I understand why a lot of people are selling.
