WDAS owned 3 companies before and now 6 companies. It did not own PowerClouds. It was getting flat license fee from each PowerCloud. Now it is still getting the flat license fees from PowerClouds, however they also own the power plants in Romania and upcoming Japan. So, they will get any profit from these power plants for next 20 years. Also, if these 3 companies do installlations for PowerClouds, WDAS will collect any profit for installation works.
