Past two days I have seen a bunch of sub penny's go from the $001s to as high as $0.13 today on promos, one of them SXHHF and another one EXCFF, that's all this one needs just one big promo and that could shake lose these low life toxic note holding A holes from selling on bids and stacking the offer so low for a day or so.
