Uuuuum yeah. They haven't pulled any additional tranche funding for operating or if they did they didn't report it and since that is a material event that would be screwed if they did without an 8K.

Also, this "credit line" you keep referring to is just more toxic discount convertible financing so why not call it what it is.

The Tangiers note has been rewritten, have you read it? When they encumbered all of the "assets" they sweetened to pot for themselves. PL had no choice but to agree.......NO CHOICE.

All these VCs have a very slim chance of recovering what they are already out, what makes you think anyone will give them more funding?
