I tried to warn everybody here on this message board, now maybe you will start to believe me when I tell you that this company is a fraud. It is merely a vehicle for Dr. Steven Victor to raise money to furnish his lavish lifestyle. Yes, the technology works somewhat but there are some major flaws which have not been addressed. Having said that, Intellicell is not the only company that has developed nonenzymatic methods of harvesting stem cells, there are lot of other companies out there developing other technology. The company has put out a number of press releases that are either gross distortions of the truth, exaggerations or outright lies. The claims about the company and the technology are false. Let's take a look at the Intellicell "Medical Board of Directors" which is listed on their website:
Dr. James Andrews, The Andrews Institute
Dr. Harold Bafitis, The Plastic Surgery Institute of The Palm Beaches
Dr. Peter Bruno, Internist, New York City
Dr. Greg Cavaliere, Orthopedic Surgeon, NY Rangers
Dr. Gil Chimes DC, DICBN, CCSP, CSCS Greenwich Sports Medicine in Greenwich, CT
Dr. Sydney Coleman, Tribeca Plastic Surgery, New York City
Dr. Mathew Cooper Aventura Chiropractor, Aventura, FL
Dr. Alberto Goldman, Plastic Surgeon, Brazil
Dr. Joshua Hackel, The Andrews Institute
Dr. Anthony V. Maddalo, Orthopedic Surgeon, NY Rangers
Dr. Frederick Nicola, D.I.S.C. Sports & Spine Center, Marian del Rey, Oakland/LA Raiders
Dr. Eric Richter, Neurologist, Chief LSU Health Sciences Center
Wilson Tawe, PhD, MBA Manager - Instrument FAS (North America) @ EMD Millipore
Dr. Nicholas Toscano, Periodontist, Editor in Chief JIAD
Mr. Kevin Wilk, PT, DPT The Andrews Institute
ALL LIES WITH THEPOSSIBLE EXCEPTION OF DR. JAMES ANDREWS.
In fact, Drs. Maddalo and Cavaliere invested in an Intellicell stem cell lab in Florida which got closed down by the FDA and Florida State Medical Board a few years ago and lost their investment, and are part of the lawsuit which was originally "Miller vs. Victor". This lawsuit is being re-filed and is not dead, it also lists the other lab investors who got ripped off, including the ones in Thailand and Australia, as well as investors, people who bought labs, ex employees, and luminaries who were promised "skin in the game".
The company put out a press release OVER A YEAR AGO about Dr. Andrews' and his clinic, how come it's been over a year and no progress? Dr. Andrews has done stem cell procedures on lots of athletes over the last several years and has access to many different methods, not just Intellicell. Since he and his Clinic are supposed to be receiving approximately $40,000 a month as advisors, I highly doubt if he has received any money or if he is still involved, but it doesn't matter one way or another.
Now let's look at the claims made by the company pertaining to their technology- Intellicell has made claims that their process can produce over a million cells per cc compared to the methods of cell harvesting that are available- this is PHYSIOLOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE, you can ask any molecular biologist.
This is NOT the first time Dr. Victor has set up a company to rip off investors:

Intellicell's SEC filings are populated with statements that are untrue and fabrications.
This company has been in business for about five years, how come there are currently ZERO clinical studies underway? Other companies have applied for and received MILLIONS of dollars in government grant money and other sources for doing research.
Even the information that was in the patent application has been fabricated (that is also listed in the lawsuit)so the patent may not even hold up under scrutiny.
Since the company has issued a lot of false, erroneous, distorted and factually incorrect information, perhaps the investors on this message board may want to consider filing a class action suit as well as the other litigation that is pending.
I have stock in this company too so I was duped into believing what is not true, I am in the same boat as everyone else here. But I have done a lot of research and have checked all the facts.
